By accessing and using Guesst.xyz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Guesst.xyz provides a daily music guessing game where users guess the scores given by Anthony Fantano to various albums. The Service is available in a free tier and a paid "Pro" tier.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.

4. Pro Subscription

• The Pro plan is a one-time lifetime purchase that grants permanent access to the Archive and an ad-free experience.
• Payment is processed through Telegram via Telegram Stars, a third-party payment provider.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting guesst.support@gmail.com.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate game results or exploit bugs
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Album artwork and review scores are the property of their respective owners. Guesst.xyz claims no ownership over third-party content displayed on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
